We are happy to advise you by email, by phone or in person. Because our extraordinary jewelry is not widely known, and the knowledge about it is not folklore. We have learned this in many discussions with our customers.
Please send an email with your questions or requests to info@hecho-a-mano.eu, or call us at +49 (0)2064 - 9708370. You can reach us by phone from Monday to Friday from 11:00am to 6:30pm, as well as Saturdays from 10:00am to 2:00pm.

Materials
For our work we use only precious metals and materials of the highest quality, and pay attention to sustainability and the preservation of our environment when selecting our suppliers. Our diamonds are certified, free from child labor and come from conflict-free areas. Each of our pieces is handmade, slight variations in color, surface or pattern are a quality feature and prove the crafting process.

Online shop
As to our perception, the online shop is the most easiest option to make Hecho-a-Mano items your own. By simply clicking on the pictures you access the details-pages of the items and, after customizing size or measures, you can add them to your cart by clicking on the cart-symbol bottom right. As soon as your cart contains items, the actual value will be displayed top right on every single page. For finalizing your order or updating your cart, please click on that information and follow the instructions.

Contact form
The contact form offers an easy way to communicate with us in writing. In case you have special needs concerning your desired Hecho-a-Mano item, that could not be fullfilled by the items within the online shop, please leave us a message (or your order) by using this form. How we contact you upon your message is determined by the choice you make on this page.

In case you prefer or need personal consulting you may contact us directly by phone. Please check the Imprint for the phone number. Our service times are the standard German office times. Please take your timezone into account prior to calling us. If you leave us your phone-no by using the contact form, we are going to call you, which saves money on your side. Sending your questiones or order by fax or email is also an option, please check the Imprint for fax number and email-address.

We offer our customers the opportunity to discuss their needs with us personally at our shop. Please contact us prior to your visit in order to make a date arrangement. Contact information can be found on the Imprint-page. Our shop is located in Germany near Duesseldorf.

Payment Methods
Within our online shop we support the Payment Methods Prepayment and PayPal. If you choose Prepayment, upon placing your order, you will receive an email containing all required information you need to make the payment from your bank account.
PayPal is an online payment service that belongs to eBay. By choosing this option, you will be redirected to the PayPal homepage, make your payment, and will be directed back the Hecho-a-Mano homepage in order to finalize your order. For using PayPal, you need a free PayPal account, that could be set up on the PayPal homepage. For foreign money transfers we recomend PayPal, since the customer will not be charged with any fees.

Shipping
We ship worldwide via UPS, and even free of charge within Germany 🙂. Shipping is generally sufficiently insured. The respective shipping costs are displayed in the checkout.

Prior to shipping, all Hecho-a-Mano items wil be inspected carefully. We guarantee a workmanship free of any defects.
